Parking
Parking is free on-site, where available. Parking is limited, so there may not be enough space for all guests.
Cleaing
- Bed linen changed once a week
- Towels changed every other day, if needed
Children’s Policy
Children of all ages are welcome. A high chair and a travel cot are available for loan.
Parties
Parties/gatherings are not permitted.
Quiet hours
Quiet hours must be observed between 11:00 PM and 10:00 AM.

- For stays of 3 or more people in the apartments, a €15.00 surcharge per night
- Apartments are only bookable for a minimum of 2 nights or more
Deposit
After you receive confirmation of your booking request from us, you will have to pay a 20% deposit on the total amount.
Cancelling a booking
- No cancellation fees will be charged up to 30 days before arrival.
- From 29 to 15 days before arrival, 50% of the booked accommodation costs will be charged for each individual cancellation. For cancellations made 14 days or more prior to arrival, 100% of the booked accommodation will be charged.
- For any “no-shows” (guaranteed rooms that are unoccupied on the day of arrival), the full amount of the stay will be charged.
