Parking, if possible, is on own terrain and is free. There’s limited parking space, so it can be that there isn’t room for all guests.
Cleaning
- Bed linen 1x per week
- Towels every 2 days if needed
Conditions for children
Children of all ages are welcome. A high chair and a camping bed are available for loan.
Parties
Parties/gatherings are not allowed.
Quiet hours
It must be quiet between 11 PM and 10 AM.
Pets
Small pets are allowed upon request. There are additional costs involved.

Deposit
When you receive confirmation of your booking request from us you pay a deposit of 20% on the total amount.
Cancel a booking
- Until 30 days prior to arrival, in case of cancellation no penalty charges will be applied.
- From 29 to 15 days before arrival, any individual cancellation will be billed at 50% of the stay reserved.
- From 14 days to arrival, any individual cancellation will be billed at 100% of the stay reserved.
- Any “no-shows” (guaranteed rooms that are not occupied on the day of arrival) shall be invoiced on the basis of 100% of the stay.
